AI and Cyber Security Talent Gap

Aimed at promoting the development of best practices to address the talent gap within cyber security and AI. The task force will look into particular models, training programs, and innovative ways to promote these job opportunities with diversity and inclusion at the top of mind. As international cyberattacks have grown in sophistication and frequency, companies have had trouble finding qualified applicants and recruiting skilled cybersecurity experts. Tortora Brayda Institute sees this talent gap as an issue of national security importance and seeks to help to close the gap.

Mission Statement:

To bring together experts from industry, academia and government with a passion and desire to think outside the box. To find and evaluate existing programs, technologies and hiring practices. To forge impactful partnerships to build or augment programs that meet the new and changing needs.

Purpose:
Help solve the talent gap issue by identifying partnerships that can be utilized to help drive change in both the short term and long term.

We can give people detailed and actionable recommendations for what steps they can take and what skills and credentials they can develop in order to qualify for these jobs, and unlock more opportunities in both cybersecurity and AI.
