MEETING AND COMMITTEE PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CODE OF CONDUCT
This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you, a participant with the Tortora Brayda Institute for Partnership Excellence and Tortora Brayda Inc. (“Tortora Brayda Institute”). By participating with the Tortora Brayda Institute, you are confirming that you have read the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not participate with the Tortora Brayda Institute. Tortora Brayda Institute reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time and will provide notification either in the member portal or via email. Your continued participation in the Tortora Brayda Institute after modification of this agreement will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified terms and conditions and your willingness to be bound by them.

Views and Indemnity
The views expressed by participants of the Tortora Brayda Institute are their own and are not endorsed by the Institute. By participating, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Tortora Brayda Institute, including its officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any actions arising out of or related to the material you share within the Institute.
Respectful Sharing
We strive to create a space where all participants feel comfortable sharing their views. Please ensure that the material you share is respectful and does not include content that is libelous, defamatory, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, or offensive.
Photographs and Media
By participating in the Tortora Brayda Institute, you grant the Institute permission to take photographs or videos that may include your likeness or property. These photographs or videos will be the sole property of the Institute and may be used for promotional or documentation purposes.
Testimonials and Statements
Your contributions, insights, and feedback are invaluable to us. By participating, you agree to allow the Tortora Brayda Institute to record, publish, or obtain testimonials or other statements from you. These testimonials or insights will be used thoughtfully and with the utmost respect for your contributions and are considered the property of the Institute. Any statement you make on any private panel or discussion can be requested to be kept private. Many of our panels are live on YouTube and LinkedIn so we need your consent for those.
Sharing of Information
Information shared within the Tortora Brayda Institute is intended to foster collaboration and drive better business partnerships. Please ensure that any material you share is either your original work or work you have the appropriate rights to share. By contributing, you grant the Institute a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and share the materials for the benefit of the community.
Participation Rights
The Tortora Brayda Institute values inclusivity but reserves the right to terminate participation at its discretion to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.
Release of Liability
By submitting this form, you release the Tortora Brayda Institute from any liability for loss, damage, injury, or death arising from your participation. Additionally, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and may be included in the Institute's membership directory and used for communication purposes.
